Register your club?

We are delighted to welcome you onboard to Smart Lotto. This email will take you through what information you need to gather before completing the registration document. It is advisable to gather all the information below before you begin to complete the form as it will make the task seamless.

Filling the Registration Document

You can fill the form on a mobile phone - it will allow you to choose between uploading files or taking photos with the camera app.

  • If you have the files stored on the phone - either saved from WhatsApp or email; or stored on your cloud storage such as Dropbox/iCloud/Google Drive - then you can upload them to the registration form.
  • If you have paper hardcopy of the documents, you can take a photo to attach - please just make sure that the text is legible on the phone screen each time this method is used.

Documents Required Lotto Setup

  • Lottery License/Permit - must be in date.
  • Proof of Trading Address - a copy of an organization utility bill dated within the last 3 months, must show club's name and trading address.
    • If you do not have this, please contact head office and ask them to email you a confirmation on headed paper that the club is affiliated with the organization stating the clubs name, and address
  • Recent club Bank Statement - dated within the last 3 months
  • List of Committee Members - must be Signed and dated on club headed paper by the Chairperson or Vice Chair.
    • This document must contain text stating "There are no beneficial parties or owners to the club. Chairperson, noted above, is to be the signatory to the AIB Merchant account."
  • Valid email address of the chairperson (on Page1 of the Registration Form).
  • Documents for the Chairperson
    • Proof of Photo ID: Valid Passport or Driver License
    • Proof of Home Address: Utility Bill, Official Document - must be dated within the last 3 months

Both documents MUST be certified (stamped and verified at a local Garda Station, Bank, Post Office or Credit Union). If this is not possible, you must provide 2 versions of each (eg. Drivers license and passport; Utility bill & insurance document)

  • Club Logo in PDF or Photo Format
  • Club Images (Clubhouse, Pitch, Teams etc no limit on number of pictures sent.)
  • Amount of Members in the Club (approx.)
  • Amount of Team in the organization (approx.)
  • Amount of Volunteers (approx.)
  • Amount of Coaches (approx.)
